2010 Audi Q5 keyless sensor issue

I replaced the door handle on my 2010 Q5, but it still doesn't work. I tried changing the settings, but no luck. The trunk works fine, but the other doors won't unlock with the keyless sensor. What could be wrong?

Each door’s got a sensor in the handle, and let me tell you, those things are notorious for going haywire. When one sensor decides to quit, the entire system shuts off. You just need to find which door handle sensor has gone bad, and swap it out.
