AC stopped working - no fault codes

Hi! I am looking for some advice and help regarding a failure in my car. Even though I got no signs of grinding noises or any fault codes, I suspect it is the AC compressor, because the AC stopped working out of nowhere. I bought a used compressor and I want to install it, but here is the problem. It spins differently than the original one. Would be this a problem in the long term? The car is a 2015 Q5

One time on my Q5 the AC stopped working, and I suspected the compressor. I replaced mine with a used one, but it spun differently than the original. It worked for a while, but eventually, the system started making odd noises and lost cooling efficiency.

It is curios you didn't have any fault codes.
Anyway, @Taji is right. It might work for a while, and then start having other issues.
