2016 Q5 carbon cleaning

Hi everyone, I've got a 2016 Q5. Is carbon cleaning actually worth it?

Just do it if you are noticing poor performance or poor fuel economy. This should be done above 50k miles though.

If everything's running fine, you could probably wait more.

It depends on how you drive. If you do a lot of short trips, carbon buildup can be worse. If you’re past 60k miles, it’s worth considering even if there are no obvious issues yet.
