I’m having a bit of a headache with my 2015 Q5 TDI S-Line. It starts shuddering when I coast between 1700-2500 RPM. Took it to the dealer, but they couldn't pinpoint the exact cause. They suggested a transmission fluid change and clutch adaptation, but honestly, they couldn’t promise it would actually fix the problem. Anyone here has a solid fix?

Same here. Took my car to the dealer, and they said the big kahuna mechanic would be back sometime this week. It's been sitting in their lot for weeks, and no one seems to care. Will update you after a few weeks.

That sounds frustrating! It's like you're in a waiting game with no guarantees. Honestly, it's a bit worrying they still can’t figure out the issue after all this time. Hopefully, the ‘’big kahuna’’ mechanic can pinpoint it for you. Keep me posted when you get an update!

It could be a dual-clutch issue or a worn motor mount. You can try having the clutch and transmission checked more thoroughly. If no improvement, a second opinion might help pinpoint the cause.

Do what they have suggested. At least you will gather some data about the issue.
